Beautiful ornate Emilian Wehrle Black Forest Trumpeter Clock. Circa 1885 Pt 2

This clock is listed in Rick Ortenburger’s ‘Black Forest Clocks’ book published in 1991. His description of this clock was, “Large, heavily carved trumpeter clock by Emilian Wehrle. Eight horn musical movement, eight-day with tow tunes. Bone hands. The author has seen one other clock like this, but the example shown is in mint condition. Circa 1885.”

At some point I will upload a video of the trumpeter mechanism working. Still getting to know the clock and how it works.
